On the afternoon of 12^th July, the first congress of women of CEA Electric Co., Ltd was held. Altogether over 20 female staff witnesses the official establishment of the Women's Federation of CEA Electric Co., Ltd.

At the site, Li Ling, the vice chairwoman of the Women's Federation Party Group of Yingquan District, made a speech and read out the approval on establishing the federation in the company. By the rule of the election process, all women representatives made the election, and the counting and results were announced at the site. As a result, 9 executive members for the first session of the Women's Federation of CEA Electric Co., Ltd were elected. One chairwoman and two vice chairwomen were also elected in the first session of the Executive Committee.

Tan Xuemei, the newly elected chairwoman, said that the Women's Federation of the company will deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, organizing and carrying out a variety of activities, caring for and safeguarding the interests and rights of the vast number of female staffs.

For the next step, the Women's Federation of Yingquan District will continue to work hard in building the connection between the Federation and the society. The organization will also enlarge its influence and gather strength from the Party and government to make the group better.
